After living 3 years in a land locked country, I am so happy that we get nice fish offerings here, one of them being good quality salmon! Fresh and smoked. While the smoked salmon at 3.50USD for 100g is still somewhat expansive compared to 250g @ 1.99EU at Aldi in Germany, it beats the 12.50USD for 100g in Ethiopia by a mile.

So, tonight I made oven baked filets of salmon served with creamy tagliatelle and broccoli / cauliflower and a fresh salad.
