Just returned full and happy from my first full-on vegan restaurant experience. And it was awesome!
Vietnamese food is so flavorful that you can totally skip the meat. The different reincarnations of tofu totally make up for it, even the mango smoothie we had was vegan milk based!
We had fried spring rolls which came with a light hint of coconut, then pho cuon, delicious. Ritsu’s rice dish came with several yummy sides and I had a banana flower soup, filled with fragrant herbs and sweet pieces of some kind of potato.
All for 175K, that’s about 7$ for 2 people. Will definitely return!
